Funding entity REE (Red Eléctrica de España)
The project compiles, explains and analyses the regulatory alternatives related with the transmission network and the system operation that are recommended within the "«White Paper on the reform of the regulatory shell of the electricity generation in Spain» that has been made publicly available by the Spanish Ministry of Industry in July 2005. The White Paper proposes recommendations on topics such as network expansion planning, network access, locational signals, market design, complementary services, renewables and the grid, System Operator and Transmission, that affect the core activities of Red Eléctrica de España (REE).
